Redruth & District Model Flying Club

We propose to hold a First Aid Course at the Railway Club. This will be an all day course held by a qualified First Aid professional and there will be a proficiency certificate awarded. The cost is £15 per head and is open to all members and their families. Dave Blow a club member is running the course so you will probably know him. Dave has spent over twelve years as a Paramedic and has extensive experience of emergency first aid. The normal cost of this course would have been £70 so you can see what good value this is, in all respects. The course is Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate and is the official HSE course. It involves dealing with emergencies through to shock, asthma, bee stings, fractures etc. If you would like full details email Alan. This is a recognised course and will be well worth attending. Please let any member of the committee know if you wish to attend. This will be a great asset to be properly trained and it WILL be enjoyable, Dave will make sure of that. (no need to bring your own plasters haha!)

Entrance cost £7.00 per adult, children 5-16 and senior citizens £5.00, family tickets £20.00 2 adults and 2 concessions. Children under 5 free.

We need volunteers lots of jobs and lots of preparation please put yourself forward. If you have a particular skill eg, electrician, plumber, carpenter, printer, security, publicist etc etc. General helpers required also, transport, litter pickers, cleaners, tent and table putter uppers and many many more ...
